Ajith with two heroines

Sivaji Productions is starting a 23-day schedule of their Ajit action thriller Asal, from September 18 in Paris and other parts of southern France including Cannes. Later the unit will move to London, where a major chunk of the film will be shot. The film directed by Saran has Sameera Reddy and Bhavana as heroines. Two songs tuned by Bhardwaj are going to be canned in this schedule. One of the songs will be picturised against the moonlit Eiffel Tower in Paris. Kamal’s Unnaipol Oruvan Release Has Been Stopped

Pyramid Saimira has sought an interim stay to stop the release of Unnaipol Oruvan scheduled to hit theatres all over India and US on September 18. The movie, jointly produced by Raaj Kamal Films and UTV, is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. A petition has been filed at the Madras High Court by N. Narayanan, representing Pyramid Saimira, that Kamal Haasan has taken an advance amount of Rs. 7.82 crore for the proposed Marmayogi project at an estimated cost of Rs. 100 crore.
