Now after a hat trick of damp squibs- Kuselan, Sathyam, Aegan the actress is still hot in the trade circles. Her combination with Ilayathalapathi Vijay for Villu has made expectations rise to new heights. The film has been sold for Kerala at a new record price.

An enterprising distributor has purchased Nayan’s Telugu hit with Ravi Teja Dubai Seenu and dubbed it in Tamil as Dubai Rani. The USP of the film is Nayan’s glamour factor, as the producer S.Reddy has designed huge larger than life posters of her for the film.

Dubai Rani is one of the hottest films in the circuit and it is selling like hot cakes, as distributors who were buying straight Tamil films feel it is a better investment than new films!
