One of Tamil cinema’s super hot finds in recent days is the absolutely good looking Ganesh Venkatraman. The good-looker hid behind the beard of a Sardarji in his debut movie Abhiyum Naanum, but he revealed his handsome face in Unnaipol Oruvan in which he played a no-nonsense cop. In his upcoming action flick Muriyadi, he plays an upright lawyer who goes out of his way to protect the rights of a common man. Playing the common man battling against day-to-day struggles is ace actor Sathyaraj.
Now Ganesh Venkatraman is all set to woo Bollywood audiences too. Reportedly the young actor, who is currently busy with Muriyadi, has been roped in by ace Bollywood filmmaker Vikram Bhatt for a Hindi/ Tamil bilingual which will also mark the South Indian debut of Bhatt.
When asked about this, he says, “Well, I can’t say much about it. They have chosen me as they thought I was right for the character. Talks are going on, I will surely reveal more details once the official announcement is made.”
Ganesh was also supposed to feature in the much-hyped Malayalam film Casanova with Mohanlal. “It’s definitely happening, but has been postponed for a while. It’s common for films to get delayed like this; we might start shooting in April,” he clarifies.
