Ajith’s 50th film gets bigger?

Earlier we have reported that 'Thala' Ajith will team up with Kollywood's favourite director Gautham Menon for his 50th film. The movie will be produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri, son of Union Minister M.K. Azhagiri, who has already marketed Gautham Menon's Vaaranam Aayiram an year ago.

Sources say A.R. Rahman will score the music; Gautham Menon has already confirmed that the technicians of VTV will be a part of this new film, while the hunt for the heroine is on.

Meanwhile, the latest buzz is that the team is planning a never-seen-before launch in Madurai. According to sources, the film will go on floors in June after Gautham completes his upcoming low budget thriller starring newcomer Veera (his associate) and Sameera Reddy.

Producer Dhayanidhi Alagiri is planning a grand launch for the film at Thamukam Grounds, Madurai. Superstar Rajinikanth is rumoured to be the guest of honour. The ace director is said to be planning an edge-of-the-seat thriller which will crown 'Thala' new James Bond of the South.

It is reported that the director is considering 'Kaaval', 'Khaki' and 'Police' for the title.
